FIT Program @ UDEBoosting International Engineering Talents in Germany

The FIT project (2024-2028) is funded by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR) and supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). FIT is a support program that helps international engineering students not only survive but thrive, at university and in the job market.Studying engineering abroad is exciting but also challenging. Language barriers, cultural differences, and job market uncertainties can make the journey harder. FIT tackles these challenges head-on, offering international students at UDE a clear pathway to success.

Germany needs engineers. International students bring the talent, but studying and working in a new country isn’t always easy. That’s where FIT – Engineering Talents for Germany at the University of Duisburg-Essen (UDE) comes in.
