The Faculty of Engineering at the University of Indonesia (FTUI) held the 2025 Parents’ Meeting (POM) for students in the International Special Class (KKI) Undergraduate Program. The event, held at the UI Purnomo Hall on October 4, was designed to provide parents with a comprehensive understanding of the academic journey their children will undertake while studying at FTUI. In his remarks, Dr.-Ing. Ir. Dalhar Susanto, S.T., M.Eng., M.Sc., as Vice Dean for Resources, Development, and General Administration at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Indonesia (FTUI), emphasized the importance of parents’ role in supporting students’ success.
POM-KKI 2025 also offered a global perspective through the participation of several speakers from international partner universities. In addition, Dita Adhitia (Mercator Office) was present to share insights on study opportunities at the University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany, one of our partner universities. Through POM-KKI 2025, FTUI hopes to build strong synergy among the faculty, students, and parents in supporting students’ academic journeys.
